Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Laline experience, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returning or exchanging products that are unused and in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, personal care items that have been opened or used cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Pack With Care

  Place the unused items back into their original Laline box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your package, making sure to cover any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
